Gotcha, Blue Eyes

Happy ending, I got him to turn back to me. There was still enough natural light in the living room, too, so it came out beautifully.

The title reminds me of a conversation my brother and I were having about the neighbourhood cats-- there's one female in particular who's got very pretty markings, but she keeps coming to our yard and we cannot adopt a third cat. I feel bad for her, and she's all skinny, so I was saying we needed to find out who does live traps so that she could get spayed and put in the local no-kill shelter.

He said the shelter probably rented the live traps out, and I said since all the neighbourhood cats like our yard, I was afraid I'd catch the wrong one, since some of them are obviously well-fed family pets who just come to our yard when they get out of their own houses, and I'd hate to kidnap someone's baby!

Then he said 'You gotta catch 'em all!', and we collapsed into giggles like dorks, and I reminded him that he was going to make a mock-up Pokemon card of his cat.

Anyway, my Mo never goes outside, so I don't have to worry about him.
